ELIZABETH RESIDENCE

A former boiler house in Pyrmont transformed into a warm, contemporary apartment. Inspired by the area's industrial character, a vivid Renzo Piano orange brings energy to the otherwise restrained material palette, balanced with Australian blackbutt timber and simple joinery influenced by the client's Japanese art and objects. A textured INAX ceramic wall creates a moment of arrival, while the bathroom becomes a quiet centrepiece with monolithic marble and tactile finishes.
