How we work
Scope and process are tailored to each client, project and procurement method. In most cases, a project moves through four stages:
An initial consultation and briefing to understand your requirements, followed by early concept design that sets the direction for the project.
Design development from concept through to detailed design, including space planning, materials, finishes and technical coordination.
Coordination of approvals and preparation of the documentation required to tender, procure and construct the project.
Ongoing coordination with consultants, contractors and suppliers through construction, with project management and contract administration carried through to completion and handover.
