How we work
Scope and process are tailored to each client, project and procurement method. In most cases, a project moves through four stages:
An initial consultation and briefing to understand your requirements, followed by concept design that sets the direction for the project.
Following approval of the concept, Fernzide coordinates consultant documentation and prepares the technical drawings required to tender and construct the project.
Fernzide coordinates the approval process with the relevant authorities and stakeholders, ensuring the project is ready to progress.
