Fernzide was established in 2018 with a simple approach: bring design, technical expertise and project delivery together under one roof. We work across luxury retail, commercial, hospitality and bespoke residential projects, combining creative thinking with practical, buildable outcomes. From the first idea to the finished space, we stay close to the work and accountable for the result.
Our Approach
Clients engage Fernzide for a practical approach. We pay close attention to detail, communicate clearly, and keep design intent, budget and delivery working toward the same outcome.
We take on project management alongside design because too often a strong concept gets lost between the drawing and the build. Staying involved throughout the process keeps the design connected to what gets built. Every project starts with understanding: the site, the brief, the constraints and how the space will actually be used. From there, we develop solutions that are considered, practical and built to last.

Will Fernandez - Founder & Director
Will founded Fernzide in 2018 with a belief that good design is only successful when it can be delivered well. His background in architecture, combined with a curiosity for how things are made and built, shaped an approach that brings creative thinking and practical problem-solving together.
Will leads Fernzide's projects closely, working with clients, consultants and builders to keep the design intent clear from the first idea through to the finished space. He values collaboration, transparency and good communication, with a focus on finding solutions that work both on paper and in the real world.

The Team
Fernzide is supported by a team of designers and project coordinators, working across design, documentation and delivery. The studio also works closely with a trusted network of consultants, makers and builders, bringing the right people into each project when they are needed.
